Moto Racing Career GP

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Moto Racing Career GP ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you play. The App is developed and published by Boris Sobat, operating as Virtus et Honos Software. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Key Points

  • All your game progress is stored locally on your device only. We do not directly collect, sell, or store your name, email, or other personal information on our own servers.
  • The App shows ads through Google AdMob and offers an optional paid upgrade that removes ads. Payments are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • We never see or store your payment card details.
  • The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.

1. Information We Collect

Data stored on your device

The App saves your game data — career progress, season results, team and rider state, settings, and similar — locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device through us, and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently deletes it.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not directly collect, request, or store your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or any account login. The App does not require you to create an account to play.

Data collected automatically by third parties

While we do not collect personal data ourselves, the third-party services integrated into the App (see Section 3) may automatically collect certain information — such as advertising identifiers, device type and operating system, IP address, and general app usage — in accordance with their own privacy policies. This is used primarily to serve and measure advertising.

2. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

  • With your consent, AdMob may show personalized (interest-based) ads.
  • Without your consent, AdMob shows non-personalized ads only.
  • The optional Pro / ad-free upgrade removes ads entirely.

You control this consent:

  • EEA / UK / Switzerland: you will be shown a consent form (Google's UMP / GDPR consent) where you can grant or refuse personalized advertising, and change your choice later from the in-app privacy options.
  • iOS: you will see Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and can manage tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

For more information on how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following independent third parties, each acting as a controller under its own privacy policy:

We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these providers. We encourage you to review their policies.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (such as an ad-free / Pro upgrade). All transactions are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive, handle, or store your payment card or billing details. Refunds and billing questions are handled through the respective store.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service in the App, please contact us and we will work with the relevant provider to address it.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Because game data stays on your device, there is nothing for us to share. Any data collected automatically is processed by the third-party services listed in Section 3 as independent controllers under their own terms.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain your game data, because it remains stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. Third-party providers retain any data they collect according to their own retention policies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to control personalized advertising. Since we do not hold personal data ourselves, these rights are exercised directly through the device settings and third-party controls described in Section 2, or by contacting the relevant provider. You may also contact us at any time with questions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
