This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Moto Racing Manager GP ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it on Apple iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who We Are

The App is developed and published by Boris Sobat, operating under the name "Virtus et Honos".

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not directly collect, sell, or store your name, email, or other personal information on our own servers.

All of your game progress — saved careers, teams, settings, in-game currency ("MRM coins"), and purchases status — is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, this local data is removed from your device.

However, the third-party services the App uses (advertising and in-app purchases — see below) may collect certain information automatically in order to function. This can include:

  • —Advertising identifiers — the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) on iOS and the Google Advertising ID on Android.
  • —Device and usage data used for advertising — such as device type, operating system version, general (coarse) location derived from IP address, and ad-interaction data.

We do not receive this data in a form that personally identifies you.

3. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (a Google service). AdMob may use the advertising identifier and related device data described above to serve ads.

  • —With your consent, AdMob may show personalized (interest-based) ads.
  • —Without consent, AdMob shows non-personalized ads only.

You control this consent (see Section 5).

Users who purchase the Pro upgrade do not see advertisements.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, processed entirely by Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android). We never receive or store your payment card details — those are handled by Apple or Google.

Available purchases include:

  • —Pro — a one-time upgrade that unlocks extra features and removes ads.
  • —MRM coin packs — consumable in-game currency.
  • —Pro bundle — Pro together with a coin pack.

Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account so they can be restored. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. Your Consent and Privacy Choices (GDPR / ePrivacy / ATT)

  • —EEA, UK and Switzerland: before showing personalized ads, the App presents a consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), in line with the GDPR and ePrivacy rules. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Privacy Options" button in the App's main menu.
  • —Apple iOS: the App shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the App and AdMob will not use the IDFA to track you, and ads will be non-personalized. You can also change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
  • —Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed only by the third-party services that make the App work:

These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect and are governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Children

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at softwarevirtusethonos@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.

8. Data Retention

Because game data is stored only on your device, we do not retain it. Data handled by Google or Apple is retained according to their own policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
